Thousands provides non-custodial software infrastructure for configuring and executing outcome-based campaigns. Thousands does not take custody of funds, transmit money, or act as a payment processor. Campaign funds are deployed and transferred via smart contracts and third-party service providers (including Paxos for AML screening and Stripe for KYC), pursuant to partner-defined rules.
Creators participate as independent parties and are not employees, agents, or contractors of Thousands. Thousands does not determine the tax treatment of funds received; creators and partners are responsible for their own tax, reporting, and compliance obligations.
Outcome verification is based on onchain events and/or designated data sources and does not constitute an audit, assurance, or guarantee of business results. Thousands does not offer investment advice or promise financial returns.
